The problem
Signal bars tell you almost nothing, and the apps that show the real numbers are cluttered, ad-filled, and built for engineers. People wanted to know why the signal is weak in one room, whether their 5G is real, and which Wi-Fi channel is clear, without reading a datasheet.
The decisions
One calm instrument panel. A live dBm gauge that reads at a glance, the cell tower and band you are actually on, a Wi-Fi channel view that points to the clear lane, and a speed test measured the way real test clients do. Everything runs on device, with no account and no tracking, because signal data is personal.
The outcome
Built in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with Material You, ready for Google Play. The depth power users want sits under a surface a first-time user understands in seconds.
